Established in 1998, converted to not for profit in 2005, IDentislot CIC, work with key practitioners from crime prevention, social housing the community and industry have built an infrastructure that is capable of delivering a UK wide sustainable solution to the problem of bogus caller crime.

Most Bogus callers are very professional and can manipulate and convince most people into believing that they are genuine.

REMEMBER

Once the door to a person's home is opened - (even only inches, and secured maybe by a chain, surestop or similar device) the opportunity is passed to the bogus caller who will (in most cases) manipulate and gain the trust of the occupier very easily. Communication between these parties MUST kept to an absolute minimum.

IDentislot has been independently evaluated and PROVEN by the National Neighbourhood Watch Association for and on behalf of the Home Office Distraction Burglary Task Force.
